Orders placed before 1pm GMT should be received within 4-6business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are handled on the first working day after. (Working days exclude Sundays, Mondays and public holidays).

We promptly ship all orders but we use third party carriers (A Post, DPD, & UPS) therefore we are not responsible for delays that are outside of our control. We will always do our best to assist in the situation should it arise. 

SHIPPING POLICY: 100% of orders are shipped within one business day. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays. Please note, we are currently only able to ship within Ireland from our online store. Please enquire for international delivery by reaching out to hello@overthemoonmonkstown.com

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for Irish orders and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement (if possible) until this period of time has elapsed.
